1 8oz pk Cream Cheese softened
1/4 Cup Butter softened
1 tsp Vanilla
1 16oz pkg Powdered Sugar( about 4 cup's sifted)

Directions:
Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla in large bowl. mixer until well blended. Add sugar gradually beating and after each addition until well blended.

optional: Add 1/2 Cup Toasted Coconut
