Ingredients:  
1 pound Ground Beef
1 pound Ground Pork
1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs (I use Italian)
1/2 cup Milk
¾ tsp Salt
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 small Onion (chopped) about ¼ cup
1 Egg
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp Parsley
(I add ¼ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to the meatball mixture)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into balls.
*Sprinkle Paul Prudhomme Beef Seasoning before putting in oven
*Spray Meatballs with soy sauce before putting them in oven.
Place on a broiler pan in a preheated oven @ 350F for about 30-35 minutes – turning once about half way through the baking time.
Drain on paper towels to absorb any grease.
