1 lb. medium size prawns
8 to 12 oz. linguine noodles
3/4 cube butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
parsley
freshly grated Parmesean cheese
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles al dente'. Meld 1/2 cube butter in saute pan. Add peeled and deveined prawns. Add garlic and parsley. Sauce until prawns begin to turn pink. Add noodles to prawns and the remaining butter. Continue tossing until the butter is melted. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesean cheese. Serve.
