1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck, or chorizo (or a mixture)
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
6 oz. spicy vegetable juice (V-8)
1/2 c. each ketchup and water
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. chopped jalapenos
1 T. mustard
2 t. chili powder
1 t. Worchestershire
1 to 2 cans of black beans or kidney beans
cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, jalapenos for garnish

Directions:
Cook and drain meat, onion and garlic. Add all ingredients (except, beans and garnishes) to crock pot. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours. Add beans last hour of cooking.
