1 C. butter
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. white sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3 eggs
5 C. flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 C. sour cream

Icing:
1 lb powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
food coloring
water (just enough to make spreadable)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Add extract and eggs and mix. Add sifted dry ingredients alternating with sour cream. Chill 1 hour. Roll dough 1/4" thick and cut into desired shapes. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
