3 cans carrots drained or 2 pounds carrots cooked
2 medium onions chopped
2 medium green peppers chopped
3/4 Cup vinegar
2/3 Cup sugar
1 tsp mustard
1/2 Cup oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
If cooking carrots, cook until just fork tender.

Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar melts. Cool. Mix with all other ingredients and pour over carrots, onions, and peppers.

Chill several hours before serving.

Personal Notes:
I like the cooked carrots better than the canned because they are a little firmer. Sometimes canned carrots are just too soft, but they will work if you are in a hurry. This is a great dish for a picnic or covered dish.
