2 pounds dry Farmers Cheese (6 to 8 ounce size) - room temperature
pinch of nutmeg
6 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
pinch salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

Work cheese through strainer, mix well with all other ingredients and spread on cake dough.
