2 cups hot milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 package yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs
7 to 8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In small bowl dissolve yeast in the 1/4 cup warm water and 1/4 teaspoon sugar. In large bowl mix milk, margarine, sugar, nutmeg and salt, add yeast and eggs, mixing well. Add 1/2 of the flour and mix well. Add remaining flour and knead with hands until dough comes off hands and side of bowl. Sprinkle a little flour on top and make a cross in dough, cover with cloth and set in warm area until dough has doubled in size. Punch down, knead a little more, divide dough in half and spread on cookie sheet pan. Let rise again then spread filling on top. Add topping and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
