3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 egg whites
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, butter and sugar together. Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt together. Add flour mixture alternately to creamed mixture with buttermilk. Fold in egg whites, which have been beaten stiff.
