(2) 1 cup flour
(1) 1/2 cup cornstarch
(2) 1 tsp snipped fresh rosemary
(1/2) 1/4 tsp salt
(1-1/2) 3/4 cup butter
(2/3) 1/3 cup powdered sugar
(1/4 tsp) few drops almond extract
(1/2) 1/4 cup orange marmalade

Preheat Oven 325º
Stir together flour, cornstarch, rosemary and salt. In a mixing bowl beat butter on high for 30 sec. Add powdered sugar and almond extract, beat until combined. Beat in as much of the flour mix as you can, then stir in rest by hand. Chill dough for 1 hour.
Line cookie sheet with parchment, shape dough into balls, make indent and fill with 1/2 tsp marmalade. Bake 14 minutes, edges should be golden. Sprinkle with more powdered sugar when cool.
