Day old batch of cornbread
1/3 cup butter
8 slices day old bread
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
1 medium onion
3 stalks celery
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble cornbread into large mixing bowl. Add torn day old bread and then all other ingredients. Mix until consistency of cornbread mixture.

Preheat oven to 350º. Place large cast iron skillet in oven with 1/2 tbsp. oil to cover the bottom. Preheat 15 minutes.

Pour dressing mixture into preheated skillet and bake for 25-30 minutes until done.
