1c. sugar
2 eggs
1tsp. baking soda
1tsp. cream of tartar
1c. oleo (margarine)
1c. vegetable oil
4 1/4c. flour
1tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars, eggs, margarine & oil until creamy. Add dry ingredients.
Flatten cookies with glass dipped in sugar or with your hand if you’re frosting.

Bake 350º for 12 min.

Frosting:
1/4c. melted oleo (margarine)
3c. powdered sugar
1tsp. vanilla
Enough milk for consistency to spread. Add food color, if desired.

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Frost cooled cookies.
