Cream together:
2 8oz pkgs Phil Cream Cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 8 oz. sharp chedder -grated
1/4 c finely chopped green pepper
1 tblsp. chopped onion
1 tblsp. worchestershire sauce
2 tsp. chopped pimento
Add to taste: garlic, salt, tobasco sauce

Form into balls- chill for 2 days. Before serving- roll in parsley flakes or chopped nuts or decorate seasonally.
