1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup diced celery
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can mixed vegtables ( use juice)
2 cups chow mein noodles
4 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 can mushrooms and juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, oinions and celry in tablespoon of shortening. Drain off excess fat. Mix with soups, vegtables chow mein noodles. soy sauce and mushrooms.
Bake at 350º for one hr.
