Large venison roast
1 1/2 C Vinegar
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 Quart Tomato Sauce
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp dry mustard
3/4 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 C water
1/2 tsp ground onion
12 tsp ground clove
1 tsp chili powder
6 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

Directions:

Brown venison.

Mix rest of ingredients and put in crockpot. Add venison. Cook on low about 6 hours.
