12 lbs. boneless chicken (season and bake at 350° covered with foil for 25-30 minutes. When cooled - cut the chicken into cubes)
1 1/2 jars Marzetti’s Honey Dijon Mustard
3/4 jar Miracle Whip (32 oz)
3/4 jar Marzetti’s Cole Slaw dressing
1 1/2 bunches green onion (chopped)
1 bunch celery (chopped)
2 large cans mandarin oranges
6 lbs. sliced almonds (use a tbsp of butter and brown in a sauté pan)
1 bunch green grapes (halved)
1 bunch red grapes (halved)

Mix all dressings. Mix in remaining ingredients, including chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.
