1 Lg. Onion, Chopped fine
2 Cloves Garlic Grated
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Celery Seed
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 C. Worcestershire Sauce
1 C. Catsup
2 C. Water

Mix all ingredients into a large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer until desired thickness. Cool and Refrigerate.

This is great on Pork Ribs.
