Cake

1 yellow or angel food cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Frosting

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 small container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cake per directions. Add in oranges. Bake as directed.
2. For the frosting, mix pineapple with pudding. Then fold in cool whip.
3. When cake is cooled place frosting on. Enjoy!

I loved baking with my gram! This is one of her most favorite desserts - besides her 'boxed' no bake cheese cake she would whip up in a flash. Great light dessert.
