1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar
1 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter
4 eggs 1/4 cup milk
1-16 oz. can Hershey syrup 1/2 cup choc. chips
1 cup flour 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

Brownies:
Cream together sugar, butter, and eggs. Mix in Chocolate syrup, flour, and salt.
Spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool and frost.

Frosting:
In saucepan combine sugar, butter, and milk. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; and add choc chips and vanilla. Stir until blended. Frost right away.
