Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cup of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
2 Cups Greek Yogurt
Blueberries, if desired
1/2 cup of Kefir

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and baking powder in a large bowl.In another bowl put 2 eggs and stir in Greek Yogurt. Pour the egg mixture into the flour and baking powder and mix well into a thick batter. Pour batter onto the griddle to make a pancake about 1/4" thick. Look for an edge to lift a bit so you can get a spatula underneath in order to turn the cupcake over after it cooks about 1-2 minutes and the bottom looks slightly golden. Flip it over and cook another minute or two.

Cupcakes should be light and fluffy. Drizzle a little kefir over the top.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Yogurt is good for the digestive track of dogs, especially if they tend to be gassy. If your dogs won't eat plain yogurt, try these!!
