2 small boxes of French Vanilla instant pudding
3 cups whole milk
1 box of graham crackers
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 can of premixed chocolate frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Make one day ahead and refrigerate so crackers absorb moisture.
1. Spray a 9x13 metal pan with cooking oil.
2. Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Set aside to thicken.
3. Layer graham crackers on the bottom of the greased pan.
4. Pour ½ of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers. Lay another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture. Pour the rest of the pudding mixture on top of the crackers, then make one last layer of graham crackers.
5. Soften icing in microwave until pourable (about 35-40 seconds, depending on microwave). Pour over top of graham crackers & let it set.
