3 lbs. round steak, cut in pieces
¾ cup flour
2 T. parsley, chopped
½ t. thyme
¼ t. pepper
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup onion, sliced
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
2 cups water
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a 9-inch pie pan stir together flour, parsley, thyme and pepper. Coat steak with flour mixture. In a 10 inch skillet heat oil, add steak.
2. Brown over medium heat (3-4 minutes on each side).
3. Add all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low. Cover and continue cooking until steak is tender (50-60 minutes).
4. Serve over noodles or rice.
