1 cup flour
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
½ t. cinnamon
1 cup BUTTER-flavored Crisco
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
3 cups oats, uncooked (quick or old fashioned)
1 – 12 oz. pkg. (2 cups) Butterscotch flavored morsels

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. In bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
3. In another bowl, beat Crisco, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels.
4. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 7-8 minutes for chewier cookies; 9-10 minutes for crisper cookies.
