Autumn Harvest Cake

½ cup butter flavored Crisco
¼ cup water
2 cups sugar
1 cup applesauce
1 cup pumpkin pie filling
2 eggs
2 ½ cups flour
1 T. baking soda
1 ½ t. pumpkin pie spice
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped dates
½ cup raisins

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out of center clean.
