3 eggs
2 T. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 t. salt
1 3/4 c. potato starch

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in one bowl. Mix with a fork. Spread on a large parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 350º for 10 minutes. Then remove from oven and cut into squares. Put back into oven and bake for half an hour.

Variation: Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or onion powder or minced onion. Good with tuna fish too.
