5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp.ginger
1 tbsp. mace
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 1/4 c. Imperial Margerine
1 1/4 c. of sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 tsp. of lemon extract.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together.
2. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
3. Roll out to 1/4" to 1/8" thick.
4. Cut out Gingerbread House or cookies.
5. Put in ungreased pan and Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
