1 cup sugar
3/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup sorghum
1 egg (beaten)

2 cup sifted flour (all purpose)
1 teap ginger
1 teasp cinnamon
2 teasp soda
1 teasp baking powder
1/2 teasp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Then add last ingredients and form into balls. Roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degree for 12-15 minutes. (ungreased pan)
