2 c Flour
2 t Cinnamon
2 t Baking Soda
1 c Walnuts (Optional)

OTHER
2 c Persimmon Pulp
1 c Margarine
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
2 c Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350; Grease and Flour 9x13 baking dish.

Combine DRY ingredients, set aside.
Beat eggs and milk, set aside.
Cream Pulp, Margarine and Sugar.
Mix in egg mixture; Mix in DRY mixture.

Pour into baking dish, remove air bubbles.
Bake 35-40 minutes
