2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 large egg, separated
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll 1 can of rolls, press into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan.
Beat egg yolk and next 4 ingredients at medium speed until blended; spread over crescent rolls in pan.
Unroll remaining can of crescent rolls, press into 9 x 13 rectangle, place over cream cheese mixture.
Whisk egg white; brush over roll dough.
Bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares.
