1 can red salmon
3 yolks separated
1 cup milk
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Dressing for salmon loaf:
1 cup sweet milk
reserved juice from the salmon
1 tsp butter
1 tbls flour
1 lightly beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Add yolks of 3 eggs to red salmon. Drain the juice from salmon and save for dressing of salmon loaf. Add milk, crackers, salt and pepper and mix. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and add before baking in a buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
Dressing for salmon loaf: 1 cup sweet milk, add juice reserved from can of salmon, 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp flour and cook until thick. Add 1 lightly beaten egg and pour over loaf.
