2 cups white sugar
1 tbls butter
1 cup cream
1/4 cake of unsweetened chocolate
Chopped walnuts, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar and cream to saucepan until hot, add chocolate brken into fine pieces. Stir. Add butter when mixture begins to boil. Stir until chocolate mixture creams when beaten on a saucer. Remove from fire and beat until coo. Pour into a buttered tin. Add chopped nuts, optional.
