3/4 cup Crisco
2 cups flour
1/2 TBSP sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg beaten
1/2 TBSP. vinegar
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, sift together four, sugar, and salt. With a pastry blender or 2 knives cut in the shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix together egg, vinegar and water then add to flour mixture. Mix until dough is moist enough to form a ball. Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes. Divide dough in half. On a lightly floured surface, roll one half into a circle. Press dough into a pie plate. Fill as desired. Top with additional pie crust, crimp edges and slit top crust with vent hole for baking. Bake a pie at 375 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes.
