1 cup mayo
2 tsp. brown sugar, heaping
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. dill juice
1/2 of a 5lb. bag of potatoes, diced and cooked
6 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 apples, diced
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients.
Mix potatoes, eggs, celery and apples.
Add dressing and stir together.
Chill until served.

The dressing for this salad works for macaroni salad (add cubed ham and cheese) or coleslaw as well.
