7 1/2 lbs. flour - 24 cups ( 5 lbs + 7 cups)
1/3 cup salt
1 1/8 cup shortening
1 1/8 cup sugar
1 1/2 qt. milk (lukewarm)
3 cups water (lukewarm)
1/3 lb. brewers yeast or 9 packages dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve water and yeast together. Heat milk and shortening in a microwave until heated through. Mix everything together. Knead. Place in a very large greased bowl. Spread crisco on top of dough and cover with towel. Let raise until doubled. Punch dough down. Then make into desired shape. Let raise once more and bake.
30 minutes for a loaf of bread
16 minutes for rolls
15-20 minutes for pizza pockets
