4 cups plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda (may omit)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 or 2 pkg. yeast
1 cup crisco
2 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in small amount of warm water. Mix other ingredients. Cover and place in greased bowl in refrigerator and use as needed. Use flour on hands and roll biscuits. Cook on greased cookie sheet or pan. Bake at 375 degrees on top rack until brown.
