6 oz. sliced green olives with pimento - drained
4-6 oz. sliced black olives - drained
3-4 chopped green onions
1 pint cherry tomatoes - quartered
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Put into 9 x 13 pan or other serving dish.
Drizzle 2 Tablespoons olive oil and 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Stir gently.
Let sit for 2 hours.
Top with 2 chopped avocados
Let sit for 1 hour.

Serve with corn chips.

Does not need to be refrigerated.
