1 ripe banana
¼ cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
1 cup whole wheat flour (1 1/3 cup white flour)
½ cup rolled oats (1/4 cup steel cut oats)
1 large egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat your oven to 300 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
In a medium bowl, mash the banana with a fork or potato masher. Mix in the peanut butter, flour, oats and egg until combined.
Scoop the dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat it out to ¼ to ½ inch thick, depending on how thick you want the treats to be.
Using a cookie cutter of your choice cut the treats out and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through until the treats are completely dried out and browned.
Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container
