2.5 lbs Beef stew meat, cut into 1.5 inch chunks
1T cooking oil
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 t salt
½ t Worcestershire
¼ t pepper
5 medium potatoes, cut into bite size chunks
1 16 oz bag carrots, cut into chunks
1 10 oz package frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chopped onion and garlic in 1 T cooking oil until almost tender; about 3 minutes.
Stir in flour until blended
Add meat, 3 cups water, bouillon, salt, Worcestershire and pepper and heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 2.5 hours or until meat is almost tender, stirring occasionally.
Add potatoes and carrot chunks and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in frozen peas; cover and simmer for 10 minutes until all vegetables are tender
