2 Lg Round Steak, cut into pieces
2 Cans of Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 Onion, chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped
1/2 Clove of Garlic,diced
3/4 C Water
1/2 C Water, for browing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Brown Steak pieces in skillet, remove browned steak and place in a 9x13x2 baking dish. Add 1/2 cup water to the skillet and let set while preparing the mixture
In a sauce pan add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil thickening with flour
Pour hot mixture and browned water from the skillet over steak
Place in oven and cook for approximately 1 hour

In memory of, Grandma (Eliza) Woods, my mother. This was a family favorite in our home any time of the year. Any time mom would visit she cooked this recipe and my children and grand children loved it.
