2 1/2 C Self Rising Flour
5 T Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 C Buttermilk
Oil, for frying
Shredded Lettuce
Chopped Onion
Chopped Fresh Tomoaoes
1-2 Lb Ground Beef
1-2 Pkgs Taco Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 4 ingredients and knead. Roll dough into Golf Ball Size balls and roll them out flat. In a large Skillet heat oil and add the flat dough ball frying till brown. Lay on paper towel to drain excess oil after frying.

Fru and prepare Ground Beef as stated on the Taco seasoning package.
Add cooked brown beans as desired to the seasoned beef after prepared.

Spoon Beef and Beans onto the fried dough and add fresh ingredients as desired
