2 cups large lima beans
4 slices bacon
1 small onion
1 green or red pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp molasses
3 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight in water. Cook beans until softened. Add remaining ingredients (except bacon, onion and pepper.) Chop and saute onion and pepper. Cook bacon. Add above to beans. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
