1 lb chicken (or beef!) cut into strips
olive oil to saute
1 teaspoon garlic
1/4 cup onion
1 can of chicken (or beef!) broth
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 cup fat-free half&half
rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute chicken (or beef!), garlic and onion in olive oil.
2. Add broth and simmer until meat is cooked.
3. Add half&half and dijon mustard and heat through.
4. Serve over rice or noodles
