Sweetened, condensed milk

Graham crackers, vanilla or chocolate wafer or gingersnaps

CRUMB CRUST:
1 1/2 cups crumbs.Made from Graham crackers, chocolate or vanilla wafers, or gingersnaps.
Put them in a zip lock throw them on the floor and do a little dance! Perfect crumbing method.
3/4 stick butter softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix together with hands turning crumbs, spread mixture evenly in the dish. pressing mixture firmly up the sides of dish as well.
freeze or bake. I prefer to bake for about 8 - 10 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown color.

KEY LIME:
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
3-4 oz key lime juice
Mix milk and eggs
slowly add in lime juice
pour in crumb crust and bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes
Refrigerate at least 2 hours

Add 1 dollop of fresh whipped cream and garnish with grated lime grind, or thin slice of lime.

Serve with one lactaid pill!
DELICIOUS.
