1 cup of Peanut butter (chunky or smooth it's up to you)
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the peanut butter and sugar together then add the egg and the vanilla. Mix well.
Roll into ping pong ball size balls. Place dough balls on an ungreased cookie sheet flatten with your hand then mark a crisscross on the top with the back of fork. Bake at 350 º for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Let the cookies cool slightly before removing from the cookie sheet
