4 (1-1 1/2" thick) bone-in pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp.all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. oil
2 med. onions, cut in half and thinly sliced
Beef broth
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; coat evenly with flour. Cook pork chops in hot oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes each side. Add sliced onion and cook 5 minutes turning pork chops once.

Add beef broth; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 min. or until done.

Remove chops, reserving onion mixture in skillet; keep chops warm.

Stir together cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. water until blended; stir into onion mixture. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until gravy is thickened and bubbly. Spoon over chops and serve.
