8 - 10 cooked lasagna noodle
2 cups chicken
chicken bullion

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
1 large(15 oz) cottage cheese
1 large /regular size evaporated milk
1 bunch green onion slice thin
4 cups grated mozzarella cheese, or use part Monterey jack cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded,
1 large(15 oz) cottage cheese
1 large /regular size evaporated milk
1 bunch green onion slice thin
4 cups grated mozzarella cheese, or use part Monterey jack cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs

Cook noodles as directed drain, then layer on wax paper to cool.

2 cups chicken, cooked, boil in small amount of water seasoned with 3 tsp chicken bullion, enough to cover chicken. Add tsp of salt to water to season if needed. Cook until chicken will pull off bone easily. Cool when done and tear into bite size-pieces.
Set aside.

Mix 2 cans of cream of chicken soup with evaporated milk and garlic powder and stir. Heat, set aside.

Beat 2 eggs, then add cottage cheese. Add 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Stir and set aside.


Layer noodles. over lap.. in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. sprayed with Pam.
Layer 1 with 1/2 of the chicken pieces, sprinkle with sliced green onions,
Layer 2 spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture
Layer 3 sprinkle 1/2 shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Layer 4 spread 1/2 cream of chicken soup Layer 5 sprinkle 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Repeat all layers.

Save 1 cup mozzarella cheese for top of lasagna after it has been heated.

Bake 350° for 30-45 minutes. or microwave on high for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves about 16 people.
