3 egg white
3oz sugar
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp vinegar
Pot double cream
1 tsp icing sugar
Your choice of fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk egg whites until stiff

Add sugar and fold in corn flour and vinegar

Bake 300º for 25 mins

Add double cream and icing sugar together then whip

Tip pavlova base upside down on a plate and top with double cream mixture

Place desired fruit on top

Number of servings: 8-10

Preparation time: 30 mins
