1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
3 or 4 mashed bananas
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c flour
(optional 1/2 c chocolate chips and or 1/2 c nuts)
frosting
3 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 c butter
1 T milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c powdered sugar

Directions:

preheat 350º 9x13 greased and floured

cream sugar and butter than add the remaining ingredients. Add chips and/or nuts if desired. Pour into the pan. Bake 25 5o 30 min until golden and pulls from the sides of the pan. Frost when cool.
Frosting
Cream the ingredients together and apply generously to the entire pan.
