1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until dough ( which will be very soft at this time). Cover dough and refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight. Roll out 1/6 thin and cut out with coolie cutters. Bake at 375 for 7minutes.
