Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1lb Elbow Macaroni
5 Chicken Cutlet's
4 Celery Stalk's
1 Onion
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 C Mayo
1/2 C Grated Carrot's
Red or Green Grapes to garnish
optional: Hard Boiled Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken, while the chicken is boiling cook the elbows. While both the chicken and the pasta is cooking cut and or shred the onions, carrots, and celery. When the elbows are cooked to your liking drain and rinse and drain again the pasta. After draining the elbows shred or cut the chicken. When your finished cutting the chicken and draining the pasta combine in a large bowl elbows, chicken, celery, carrots, and onions. Then in a smaller bowl mix the mayo, red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper. After you mix the ingredients well from the small bow pour what's in the small bowl into the large bowl. Mix well and then you can add the grapes.

Note: I like the chicken to be shredded so I cook (boil) the chicken the night before so that I can take the time to shred it and so that the chicken has time to cool.
